Modern Themes and more

The themes are starting to look dated, a bit windows XPish. The system icons are OK but we could use another set.

As long as I'm here and don't want to go thru more captchas, more feedback:

-The reminder function doesn't work for me.

-I'd love to have an option to click on the systray icon and restore the main window.

-I'd like to have a way to resize images, don't remember what program I used where you left click on an image and get the option to "make the image 25%-50%-100%"

-Table of contents/Outline! The best notes program -no offense- to me is Vnote, unfortunately the dev doesn't upgrade the program and his webpage is in Chinese, but VNote has an outline function where your headers and sub-headers are displayed on the right side so you can find any section on a long note. Dropbox Paper has the same thing but more elegant, this one you click on the left side of your text and is shown to you. BTW, does AllNotes have markdown? all the hipsters are raving about how cool is to type 4 or 5 characters instead of click once to get Bold type ...whatever.
